The HI-DEF BROW PENCIL is a multi-functional, long-wear, water-resistant eyebrow pencil that allows for customizable definition. Ideal for filling in sparse or over-tweezed eyebrows, this product transforms shapeless brows in just a few strokes. The rich, buildable formula allows you to effortlessly mimic brow hair for a fresh, natural look or layer for a bold brow look that lasts all day.
Dermatologist-reviewed and clinically tested, this hypoallergenic and non-irritating pencil is oil-free, with no parabens, phthalates, fragrance, or gluten. It is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. To apply, begin by adding definition to the fullest part of your brow, slowly filling in sparse areas using short strokes. Build a bolder brow look by adding more strokes. Then, use the brush side of the pencil to shape and gently blend the color through your brows.
